“Competition” means a free prize draw operated via the Platform with both a paid entry route and a free entry route.
“Entry” means a valid participation in a Competition, whether obtained via paid entry or via the Free Entry Route.
“Paid Entry” means an Entry obtained by purchasing a ticket through the Platform.
“Free Entry Route” means the free postal method of entry described in section 5.
“Ticket” means a uniquely numbered entry allocated to a Competition.
“Participant”, “you”, “your” means an individual who enters a Competition.
---
2. Nature of Competitions
2.1 All Competitions are operated as free prize draws with an optional paid entry route.
2.2 No purchase is required to enter any Competition.
2.3 Winners are selected solely by chance from all valid Entries.
2.4 Paid Entries do not improve the chances of winning.
---
3. Eligibility
3.1 Competitions are open only to individuals who:
- are aged 18 or over at the time of entry; and
- are residents of the United Kingdom.
3.2 The following may not enter:
- employees, contractors, agents of the Promoter;
- members of their immediate families; or
- anyone professionally connected with the operation of the Competitions.
3.3 We reserve the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet these requirements.
---
4. Competition Details and Rules
4.1 Each Competition page will specify:
- the prize(s);
- the number of Tickets available;
- the price per Ticket (if applicable);
- the maximum number of Entries per person;
- the opening date and closing date;
- the draw date (and whether the draw will be live-streamed).
4.2 A Participant may not win more than once in the same Competition.
4.3 A Competition has a single prize, though that prize may consist of multiple physical items (for example, a bundle).
4.4 Competition-specific rules stated on a Competition page form part of these Terms and will take precedence where they conflict with these Terms.
---
5. Free Entry Route (Postal Entry)
5.1 A free entry route is available for every Competition and is given equal prominence to the paid entry route.
### How to enter for free
5.2 To enter by post, you must send a handwritten entry by post to the address shown on the relevant Competition page.
5.3 Your postal entry must include:
- your full name;
- your full postal address;
- your email address; and
- the name of the Competition you are entering.
5.4 Postal entries must arrive by the free entry closing date shown on the Competition page. (In some cases, the free entry closing date may be earlier than the paid entry closing date to allow us time to process postal entries. This will be made clear on the Competition page.)
### Entry equivalence
5.5 Each Competition page will state how many Entries (Tickets) are allocated per valid postal submission (for example, 1 postal submission = 1 Entry, or 1 postal submission = X Entries). This allocation applies equally to all free entrants.
5.6 Free and paid Entries are treated equally:
- they are included in the same draw;
- they have the same chance of winning; and
- they are subject to the same maximum Entries per person.
### Anti-abuse and integrity rules
5.7 To protect fairness and operational integrity, postal entries must be:
- handwritten;
- submitted individually; and
- submitted by the named individual.
5.8 The following are not permitted and will be void:
- bulk submissions;
- mechanically produced or printed entries;
- entries generated or submitted using automated processes;
- entries submitted on behalf of multiple individuals.
5.9 We may reject Entries that are incomplete, illegible, duplicated, late, or where we reasonably suspect abuse, fraud, or automated/mass submission.
---
6. Paid Entry
6.1 Paid entry is optional.
6.2 Ticket prices are shown on the Competition page and include VAT where applicable.
6.3 Tickets are allocated fairly and at random.
6.4 Purchases are generally non-refundable once Tickets have been allocated, except as set out in section 10.
---
7. Draws
7.1 All draws are conducted fairly and randomly.
7.2 Draws may be conducted automatically or manually. Manual draws may be live-streamed.
7.3 Draw dates may be postponed for operational reasons (for example, staff illness). Where a draw is postponed:
- we will update the Competition page (and, where appropriate, notify entrants); and
- no additional Tickets will be sold after the original closing date.
7.4 Draw results are final.
---
8. Prizes
8.1 Prizes are as described on the Competition page.
8.2 Prizes are:
- non-transferable; and
- not exchangeable for cash unless explicitly stated.
8.3 Prizes are delivered within the United Kingdom only.
8.4 If a prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (for example, loss or destruction), we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
---
9. Winner Notification and Claiming
9.1 Winners will be notified via email and/or via their Platform account.
9.2 Winners must provide delivery details within 28 days.
9.3 If a winner does not respond or cannot be contacted after reasonable efforts, we may treat the prize as forfeited and select an alternative winner.
---
10. Cancellations and Refunds
10.1 We reserve the right to cancel a Competition where necessary.
10.2 If a Competition is cancelled:
- paid entries will be refunded to the original payment method (where possible); or

---
14. Governing Law
14.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction (except where consumer law in your home jurisdiction requires otherwise).
